Adding PhoneRaise Touchpoints to your donor records helps you stay engaged with your contributors.
Adding a Touchpoint to a Donor
PhoneRaise offers a variety of Touchpoint tasks that can be assigned to your donor records. Use the following step-by-step guide to add a single new Touchpoint to a donor.
To add a Touchpoint to a donor
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the TOUCHPOINTS sub-tab.

5. Click on ADD TOUCHPOINT.

6. Click on New Touchpoint.
(Optional) An entire list of touchpoints can be imported simultaneously using the Import CSV option. You must choose whether to append or overwrite the current touchpoint data, and then upload the Comma Separated Values (.csv) file.

7. Select an activity from the ACTIVITY drop-down menu.

8. Select a donor from the PROSPECT drop-down menu.
The available donors in the PROSPECT drop-down menu are pulled from your donor list.

9. Select a DUE DATE by clicking on a date in the calendar pop-up or manually type the date.

10. Type a DESCRIPTION of the touchpoint activity.
11. Click on CREATE to add a new touchpoint.

Bulk Adding Touchpoints to Donors
Adding Touchpoints to donors in bulk is a convenient way to update multiple donor records with a Touchpoint activity task simultaneously.
To bulk add Touchpoints to donors
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

2. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

3. Click on the DONORS sub-tab.

4. Click the header checkbox. Click Select all on page to only highlight the donors listed on the current page or Select all donors to highlight the entire donor list.
Deselect all removes highlights from all donor records.

5. Click YES.
The All Records pop-up message contains the exact number of donor records to receive the bulk add Touchpoints.

6. Click on TOUCHPOINTS.

7. Click on Add Touchpoint.
The Donor Journey option is used to assign a pre-made template to the list of selected donors.
Refer to the Donor Journeys article for more information.
The Add Activity option allows you to assign completed engagements to the list of selected donors.

8. Select an activity from the ACTIVITY drop-down menu.

9. Select a DUE DATE by clicking on a date in the calendar pop-up or manually type the date.

10. Type a DESCRIPTION of the touchpoint activity.
11. Click on SAVE to add the Touchpoints to all selected donors.
