Adding a New Activity

Adding Activities allows you to notate and manage interactions and communications with your donors. New PhoneRaise Activities can be added manually after the activity task is complete.


To add a new Activity in PhoneRaise


  1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.

  2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the ACTIVITIES sub-tab.

5. Click on ADD ACTIVITY.

6. Click on New Activity.

(Optional) An entire list of activities can be imported simultaneously using the Import CSV option. You must choose whether to append or overwrite the current activity data, and then upload the Comma Separated Values (.csv) file.

7. Select an activity from the ACTIVITY drop-down menu.

8. Select a donor from the PROSPECT drop-down menu.

The available donors in the PROSPECT drop-down menu are pulled from your donor list.

9. Select a DUE DATE by clicking on a date in the calendar pop-up or manually type the date.

10. Type a DESCRIPTION of the activity.

11. Click on CREATE to add a new Activity.
