Marking an Activity 'Incomplete'

Activities contain completed Touchpoints and donor Notes. Modifying the status of an activity record to incomplete removes the activity from the Activities list and moves it to the Touchpoints list.
To mark a PhoneRaise Activity 'Incomplete'
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.
3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.
4. Click on the ACTIVITIES sub-tab.
5. Select the Activity by clicking on the checkbox, and then click INCOMPLETE.
Select multiple checkboxes to bulk modify Activities to 'Incomplete'.
6. Click on SAVE to mark the Touchpoint incomplete.
