Deleting an Activity

Delete a PhoneRaise Activity when the record is no longer needed. By deleting an activity, the record is permanently removed from the Activity list.

To mark a PhoneRaise Activity incomplete

1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.
   
   
2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the ACTIVITIES sub-tab.

5. Select the Activity by clicking on the checkbox, and then DELETE.

Select multiple checkboxes to bulk delete activities.

6. Click on DELETE to permanently remove the Activity record.
