View and Manage Tasks

Monitoring your daily tasks is critical for maintaining donor engagements and establishing contact routines. The PhoneRaise mobile app simplifies task management by offering a convenient platform to view and organize your daily schedule.

PhoneRaise provides the following tasks to help you manage your engagement goals:

• Touchpoints (future engagements): Tasks assigned to each donor and prospect as part of your outreach to-do list
  
  
• Activities (completed tasks): Tasks marked 'complete' for each donor after an interaction has concluded
  
  
• Notes: Custom details about interactions with donors learned from meetings, phone calls, and other communications

PhoneRaise mobile also sends push and text notifications to your mobile device to remind you of upcoming Touchpoint tasks. For information, refer to Configure your App Settings. 

The Tpoints tab displays your tasks by Overdue, Due Today, and Due Later categories.

Tap the TPOINTS tab.

The Activities tab contains your completed tasks, the date of completion, and the associated donor.

Tap the ACTIVITY tab. 

The Notes tab displays a collection of the custom notes associated with your assigned donors or prospects.

Tap the NOTES tab. 

Modify or add new Touchpoints from the Tpoints tab in the PhoneRaise mobile app. 

Create new Touchpoints tasks to schedule future engagements with your assigned donors and prospects.

1. From the Tpoints tab, tap ADD TOUCHPOINT.
   
   
2. Tap Select a contact to choose the donor.
   
   
3. Tap Select an activity to choose the Touchpoint task.
   
   
4. Fill out the Tpoint due by, and (optional) Description fields.
   
   ℹ️ Tapping the Complete toggle marks the Touchpoint as 'complete', therefore it only appears in Activities.
   
   
5. Tap DONE.

Modify the Activity, due date, and description of an existing Touchpoint from the Tpoints tab in the PhoneRaise mobile app.

1. From the Tpoints tab, swipe left on the Touchpoint you wish to modify.
   
   
2. Update the Activity, Tpoint due by, or Description fields of the Touchpoint.
   
   ℹ️ Tapping the Complete toggle marks the Touchpoint as 'complete', therefore it only appears in Activities.
   
   
3. Tap DONE. 

The Activity tab in the PhoneRaise mobile app allows you to add new or modify existing Activities (completed tasks).

Create a new Activity task to record details of your engagement with a donor or prospect such as the method of interaction, completion date, and description.

1. From the Activities tab, tap ADD ACTIVITY.
   
   
2. Tap Select a contact to choose the donor.
   
   
3. Tap Select an activity to choose the Activity task.
   
   
4. Fill out the Activity date and (optional) Description fields.
   
   ℹ️ Toggling the Complete slider marks the Activity as 'Incomplete', therefore it only appears in the Touchpoints tab as a future engagement.
   
   
5. Tap DONE. 

Modify the Activity task type, date, and description of an existing Activity from the Activities tab in the PhoneRaise mobile app.

1. From the Activities tab, tap on the Activity you wish to modify.
   
   
2. Update the Activity, Activity date, or Description fields of the Activity.
   
   ℹ️ Toggling the Complete slider marks the Activity as 'Incomplete', therefore it only appears in the Touchpoints tab as a future engagement.
   
   
3. Tap DONE. 

Conveniently add or modify custom notes regarding interactions between you and your assigned donors or prospects right from the PhoneRaise mobile app. 

Compose custom notes about information learned from engagement interactions with your assigned donors or prospects.

1. From the Notes tab, tap ADD NOTE.
   
   
2. Tap Select a contact to choose the associated donor or prospect.
   
   
3. Fill out the Note title and the note fields.
   
   
4. Tap DONE. 

Modify custom notes by updating the note's title or details from the Notes tab in the PhoneRaise mobile app.

1. From the Notes tab, tap on the Note you wish to modify.
   
   
2. Edit the Note title or note fields.
   
   
3. Tap DONE.
