Engage and Complete Touchpoints

Touchpoints (TPoints) are tasks for future engagements with donors assigned to your user account. The PhoneRaise mobile app lets you connect and complete Touchpoint tasks directly from the app. After contacting a donor and completing a Touchpoint, close it to have it moved to your completed Activities.
To connect and complete a Touchpoint
- Log into the PhoneRaise mobile app.
- Locate the Touchpoint, and tap the conversation icon.
3. Select the preferred contact method.
If Text, Email, or WhatsApp is selected and message templates are configured, tap to choose from the available message templates.
4. Reach out to the donor or prospect, then return to the PhoneRaise mobile app.
5. A completion reminder pop-up page appears. You can do any of the following:
a. Tap the checkmark to complete your Touchpoint task. The completed Touchpoint can be found in the Activities tab in the mobile app.
b. Tap ADD TOUCHPOINT to add another Touchpoint to complete at a later time.
c. Tap ADD NOTE to add a note regarding the Touchpoint you just completed.
d. (Optional) Tap DONE to close the completion reminder. Closing the reminder does not change the status of your Touchpoint to 'Complete'.
ℹ️ Additionally, you can complete a Touchpoint from the TPOINTS tab by swiping right on the card.
