The PhoneRaise mobile app provides in-app, push, and text reminders to keep you on top of your tasks. The in-app Touchpoint notifications display a list of upcoming and overdue Touchpoint tasks while the PhoneRaise mobile app is active on your device. Push notifications are sent directly to your mobile device, while text notifications use a mobile network.
The bell icon in the top-right of the PhoneRaise mobile app contains a list of your upcoming and overdue Touchpoint tasks. The bell icon is available from anywhere in the app.
- Tap the bell icon to view the in-app Touchpoint tasks notifications.
- Taping on a Touchpoint task notification redirects to the TPoints tab in the mobile app. For more information on contacting and completing your Touchpoint tasks, refer to the Engage and Complete Touchpoints article.
Update the Notification Settings
Update the Notification Settings to receive alerts regarding upcoming and overdue Touchpoint tasks according to your preferences.
To update the Notification Settings
- Log into the PhoneRaise mobile app.
- Tap the ACCOUNT tab.
- Tap Notification Settings.
4. To update the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS toggles:
a. Tap the Push notifications toggle to turn push reminders on or off.
b. Tap the Text notifications toggle to turn text reminders on or off.
