Conveniently contact donors and prospects through text, email, and phone calls directly from the PhoneRaise mobile app. Reach out to donors or prospects directly without an existing Touchpoint (TPoints) task. The mobile app allows you to contact donors in real time, offering flexibility and convenience.
To contact donors or prospects
- Log into the PhoneRaise mobile app.
- Tap the CONTACTS tab.
- Locate the donor's contact card, then tap the phone icon.
4. Select the preferred contact method.
If Text, Email, or WhatsApp is selected and message templates are configured, tap to choose from the available message templates.
5. Reach out to the donor or prospect, then return to the PhoneRaise mobile app.
6. A completion reminder pop-up page appears. You can do any of the following:
a. Tap the checkmark to complete an existing Touchpoint (if applicable).
b. Tap ADD TOUCHPOINT to add a Touchpoint for the completed interaction or a new Touchpoint to complete at a later time.
c. Tap ADD NOTE to add a note regarding the contact you just completed.
d. Tap DONE to close the completion reminder.
