To provide fundraisers with their Volunteer Link, follow this step-by-step guide.
What is the Volunteer Link?
The PhoneRaise Volunteer Link is a web-based portal designed for fundraisers, volunteers, and staff to access as an alternative to the PhoneRaise mobile app. Each fundraiser's Volunteer Link is tailored to include their assigned donors' contact details.
The Volunteer Link enables fundraisers to easily contact their assigned donors through calls, emails, or texts. After a fundraiser has communicated with a donor, they have the option to record notes about the interaction and update the contact status.
To send fundraisers the Volunteer Link
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.
3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.
4. Click on the VOLUNTEERS sub-tab.
5. Click SEND TEXT to invite multiple Campaign Fundraisers in bulk.
Clicking on the Text Message icon next to an individual fundraiser allows you to send the PhoneRaise mobile app to one fundraiser at a time.
6. Click on the SEND TO drop-down menu to select all or some of the Campaign fundraisers.
Use the checkboxes to select the appropriate Fundraisers or click All Fundraisers to select all volunteers in bulk.
7. Click SEND to text the Volunteer Link to the fundraiser(s).
