Campaign Details allows you to change the name of your PhoneRaise Campaign, update your weekly Touchpoint goal, and toggle the Campaign engagement tools.
Access Campaign Details
First, use the following step-by-step guide to access the Campaign Details page in PhoneRaise.
To access the Campaign Details
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on CAMPAIGNS.

3. Click on VIEW.

4. Click on CAMPAIGN SETTINGS.

5. Click on Campaign Details to access your Campaign's details.

Changing the Campaign Name
PhoneRaise allows you to modify the Campaign Name at your convenience.
To change the Campaign Name
- Navigate to the Campaign Details.
- Click in the CAMPAIGN NAME textbox and modify your Campaign Name.

3. Click SAVE.

Updating the Weekly Touchpoint Goal
The Weekly Touchpoint Goal is the minimum number of Touchpoints each user should complete each week. The Weekly Touchpoint Goal appears in the user's Touchpoint Objectives in the PhoneRaise mobile app.
To update the Weekly Touchpoint Goal
- Navigate to the Campaign Details.
- In the WEEKLY TOUCHPOINT GOAL textbox, type the Touchpoint threshold you would like to set for your users.
Alternatively, use the up and down arrows to modify the Touchpoint goal incrementally.

3. Click SAVE.

Toggling to an Engaged Campaign
Engaged Campaigns offer tools and resources designed to cultivate lasting donor relationships within your PhoneRaise Campaign. They utilize Touchpoints and Activities to effectively manage and document ongoing donor interactions.
The Engaged Enabled toggle can be found in the Campaign Settings of your PhoneRaise Campaign. Click to place a mark in the checkbox next to ENGAGE ENABLED, and click SAVE to toggle to an Engaged Campaign.
