Updates:
  • The original campaign version of PhoneRaise (excluding Engaged Campaigns) was updated to allow Volunteers to add notes to a prospect card from the Volunteer Link. Volunteers can use the "No Status" selection on the prospect card to include notes that are not associated with a status change.
  • A reminder message was added to the original campaign version of PhoneRaise (excluding Engaged Campaigns) to notify Volunteers when the prospect card's status change was not saved. Volunteers swiping through the Contacts on the Volunteer Link now receive a pop-up message prompting them to either SAVE & CONTINUE or CONTINUE WITHOUT SAVING the prospect status changes.

Updates:

  • The Donor Journeys Stagger Settings were updated to allow the Campaign Administrator the freedom to select the day of the week on which the staggered Touchpoints are due. When creating a Donor Journey and distributing the donor engagement tasks donors evenly across your calendar, you can now ensure that certain days of the week are not selected. For example, you can choose to exclude the weekend days to assign Touchpoint deadlines.

  • Step 2: A link that when tapped opens the PhoneRaise mobile app and automatically inserts the Volunteer's ID to log in.
  • Additionally, the User ID is now included in the invitation text to copy and paste into the PhoneRaise login screen.

  • Volunteers who tap the link from their PhoneRaise mobile app invitation text message are automatically logged into the app. Volunteers no longer need to tap SIGN IN to access the app.

New Features:

  • We added the ability to add an Activity (a completed Touchpoint) from the TOUCHPOINTS drop-down menu on the Donors sub-tab page in the web app. Select one or more donors and click TOUCHPOINTS - Add Activity.

Updates:

  • We updated our mobile API to increase the PhoneRaise mobile app's performance.

  • We added a display reminder notification when attempting to contact a donor who lacks essential contact details, such as a missing phone number or email address.
  • We renamed Touchpoint Template to Donor Journey in the Organization Settings of the web app.

You can now bulk edit the Description of multiple Touchpoints simultaneously. On the Touchpoints sub-tab page, select multiple Touchpoints and click EDIT.

Bug Fixes:
  • We resolved a bug that caused inactive message templates to still appear in the list. Now when modifying a message template to 'inactive', it is removed from the available templates in the PhoneRaise mobile app.

September 20th

Updates:

  • The Add button on the Contacts tab now matches the PhoneRaise branding color scheme.

  • The return page that appears after sending a text, email, or making a phone call to a donor now has the following updates:

  • The page is now half-screen.
  • You can make multiple updates to the Touchpoint (if applicable) before closing the page by tapping DONE.

Bug Fixes:

  • We resolved an issue presented to iOS users that required multiple taps to select the date for Touchpoints and Activities.

September 12th

Updates:

  • We changed the swipe actions available on the Touchpoints tab. You can now swipe left on a Touchpoint to edit and swipe right to complete the Touchpoint task.
  • After texting, calling, or emailing a donor from the Touchpoints tab, you can now mark the Touchpoint task as ‘Complete’ simply by tapping the Touchpoint or checkmark icon.

Bug Fixes:

  • We resolved a problem with symbol displays of Touchpoint descriptions on the Touchpoints tab.

  • We fixed the issue of the email subject occasionally not appearing when emailing donors from the Touchpoints and Contacts tabs.

January 30th

New Features:

  • Additional Prospect Data Column: We've added new columns to the prospect table. These include: Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Country, Zip, Recent Donation Amount, Recent Donation Date, and Ask Amount. Now your volunteers can be more informed while contacting prospects than ever before!

Updates:

  • Dropdown selections when assigning volunteers to prospects have been updated to ensure they're displayed in alphabetical order and now include a search option to find the volunteer you're looking for quickly.

  • Previously we've allowed two data points as priority information to be displayed on a volunteer's prospect card. We've added a third data point to allow even more information to be displayed to your volunteers.

  • Navigation to the messages section of a campaign's settings has been added to make adding and editing messages easier. You'll now find sections for Text, WhatsApp, and Email prominently displayed at the top of the page.

  • The assigned donors and percent contacted columns in the volunteer table have been updated to be clickable, creating a quick link that will open the prospect table filtered to that specific volunteer. Clicking percent contacted will include an additional filter of all prospects who've already been assigned a status.

  • Date formatting has been brought to the prospect and volunteer tables. You can now sort dates and filter between two dates.

  • During an import of a prospect list, statuses imported that aren't currently part of a campaign's status list will now be added to that campaign's status list, allowing organizations to update their status options automatically.

Bug Fixes:

  • Assigning volunteers would encounter an error preventing the volunteer table from updating the volunteer correctly and the loading element would continuously display. This has been fixed to remove both of these issues.

  • WhatsappThe volunteer call/email/whatsapp drawer on the desktop would only close correctly when clicking on the volunteer card. This has been fixed to close when clicking anywhere outside of the drawer. Additionally, we've included the use of the escape key to close the drawer quickly.

  • Occasionally volunteer links would auto-disable themselves. We've included a fix that should alleviate this issue.

January 19th

New Features:

  • Volunteer on Desktop: We're introducing a new feature, volunteer cards are now available on a desktop computer! Current functionality supports voice calling, WhatsApp messages, and emailing. Campaigns can now also assign and verify a phone number to be used in the caller ID while making phone calls. Additionally, volunteers can choose to add and verify their number as well. We plan to expand this feature more in the future.

Updates:

  • The character count for messages has been increased to more appropriately reflect the limit for messages.

Bug Fixes:

  • Our text message modal was sometimes populating with the list of prospects instead of volunteers, this should be fixed to only ever display the volunteers.

  • The list of volunteers the text message modal describes the message would be sent to would improperly display the recipients. The proper recipients should now appear as expected.

  • Certain symbols would unexpectedly end text/WhatsApp/email messages, we've added more safeguards to prevent this. Similarly, the dynamic status sync on volunteer cards suffered a similar issue, with a similar fix applied.

  • Our CauseMatch matching would occasionally crash the server unexpectedly while matching larger lists of prospects. We've reworked this functionality to avoid this issue in the future.

  • A previous update introduced a new bug when attempting to use the "Select All" checkboxes while adding/removing columns from the prospect grid, this should now function as expected again.
