Modifying a Touchpoint

Modify a Touchpoint to change the activity type or due date of an existing Touchpoint record.


To modify a PhoneRaise Touchpoint


  1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.

  2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the TOUCHPOINTS sub-tab.

5. Select the Touchpoint by clicking on the checkbox, and then click EDIT.

Select multiple checkboxes to bulk modify Touchpoints.

6. Select a new activity by clicking on the ACTIVITY drop-down menu.

NOTE: If only the DUE DATE must be modified, then the ACTIVITY drop-down menu can be left unchanged.

7. Select a new DUE DATE by clicking on a date in the calendar pop-up or manually type the date.

NOTE: If only the ACTIVITY must be modified, then the DUE DATE field can be left unchanged. In addition, the Description can be modified. 

8. Click on SAVE to modify the Touchpoint.
