Filtering your Donor List

PhoneRaise's donor filtering tool allows you to limit the entries in your donor list view. Whether you want to only view prospective contributors or donations over a certain dollar amount, filtering refines the amount of donor records currently in view.
Filtering the donor properties (column header values) is a simple way to narrow down unique data about your records.
To filter your donor list
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.
3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.
4. Click on the DONORS sub-tab.
5. Click the filter icon.
6. The filter sidebar appears. Click the Add Filter Property down-down and select a property.
7. Use the filter settings to narrow down the data that appears in your donor list.
8. Click on APPLY to filter the donor data based on the filtered requirements.
9. (Optional) To remove the filter, click the filter icon and CLEAR ALL.
