Downloading Donor Data

PhoneRaise lets you download your donor data for a backup in full or filtered. The donor data is downloaded as a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file.

To download donor data from PhoneRaise

1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.
   
   
2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the DONORS sub-tab.

5. Click on the download icon.

6. If the donor list is filtered, then the Export Data pop-up window appears.

By selecting EXPORT FILTERED, only the donors in the current list are downloaded. EXPORT ALL downloads the entire donor list.
