Deleting a Touchpoint

Delete a Touchpoint when the record is no longer needed. By deleting a Touchpoint, the record is permanently removed.

To permanently delete a PhoneRaise Touchpoint

1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.
   
   
2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the TOUCHPOINTS sub-tab.

5. Select the Touchpoint by clicking on the checkbox, and then DELETE.

6. (Optional) Multiple Touchpoints can be selected and deleted by clicking on the header checkbox.

Select all on page highlights only the donors listed on the current page. Select all touchpoints highlights the entire Touchpoints record list.

7. Click on DELETE to permanently remove the Touchpoint record.
