Creating Donor Views

The Donor View tool is used to save your customized donor lists for your campaigns. Saving your Donor Views means you can easily revisit customized donor lists.
Donor Views use the filtering and sorting features to display a refined list of your donors. After using the donor filtering and sorting, create a Donor View template that can be accessed later. Donor Views are a great way to narrow down visibility on specific criteria to report on your contributors.
To create donor views
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.
3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.
4. Click on the DONORS sub-tab.
5. After using the sorting and filtering features to customize your donor view, click the VIEW drop-down menu.

6. Click on Save current view.
7. Type a title for your customized donor view.
8. (Optional) You can rename or delete a current view by clicking on the VIEW drop-down menu again, and then Rename current view or Delete current view.
