Completing a Touchpoint

When the activity task of a Touchpoint is finished, the Touchpoint can be marked Complete. The completed Touchpoint record is created as an Activity and appears in the Activities tab.


To complete a PhoneRaise Touchpoint


  1. Log into your PhoneRaise account.

  2. Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the TOUCHPOINTS sub-tab.

5. Select the Touchpoint by clicking on the checkbox, and then click COMPLETE.

6. (Optional) Multiple Touchpoints can be selected and completed at once by clicking on the header checkbox.

Select all on page highlights only the donors listed on the current page. Select all touchpoints highlights the entire Touchpoints record list.

7. Click on SAVE to mark the Touchpoint(s) complete.
