Assign Donors to Fundraisers

Assigning donor records to fundraisers in bulk allows you to divide the ownership of donor communications across your campaign fundraisers (staff and/or volunteers).
For more information on adding fundraisers, refer to the Campaign Fundraisers article.
To assign donors to PhoneRaise fundraisers
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the CAMPAIGNS tab.

3. Locate your campaign and click on VIEW.

4. Click on the DONORS sub-tab.

5. Click the header checkbox and click Select all on page to only highlight the donors listed on the current page or Select all donors to highlight the entire donor list.
Deselect all removed highlights from all donor records.

6. If you selected all donors, click on YES.
The All Records pop-up message contains the exact number of donor records to receive the bulk add Fundraisers.

7. Click on ASSIGN.

8. Click the Select a Fundraiser drop-down menu and select a fundraiser.

9. Click on ASSIGN to give ownership of the selected donors to the chosen fundraiser.
