How to Connect PhoneRaise with Zapier Templates
Using one of the predefined Zapier integration templates is a simple way to connect and automate your PhoneRaise data and tasks. Connecting PhoneRaise with a Zapier template helps to eliminate tedious duplication tasks with third-party applications like Google Drive, Bloomerang, Salesforce, and more.
This section describes what you need, where to find your API key and Campaign ID, and how to set up a Zapier integration template with PhoneRaise.
Locate your PhoneRaise API Key and Campaign ID
To connect your PhoneRaise campaign with a Zapier integration template, you must use your PhoneRaise API key and Campaign ID. The API key and Campaign ID are conveniently available in your PhoneRaise Campaign web portal.
To locate your API key and Campaign ID
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on CAMPAIGNS.

3. Click on VIEW.

4. Click on CAMPAIGN SETTINGS.

5. Click Third Party Apps. Either keep this page open or copy and paste your API key and Campaign ID to use during configuration.

Configuring a Zapier Integration Template
After locating your PhoneRaise API key and Campaign ID, you are ready to set up any of the publicly available Zapier integration templates. As an example, we are using the Create Google Calendar events for new PhoneRaise touchpoints Zapier template in this section.
DISCLAIMER: Please note that some integration templates may require information from the third-party application connection or custom data configuration that is not described in this article. In addition, the following example uses images directly from the Zapier UI which may not precisely mirror the current UI after subsequent updates. These changes might include updates to the design elements, layout, or placement of certain buttons or features.
To configure a Zapier Integration template
- Log into your Zapier account.
- Select a predefined PhoneRaise integration template.
- Use your credentials to sign into your third-party application.
- Click Sign in to connect your PhoneRaise account.

5. Enter your PhoneRaise API key and Campaign ID, and then click Yes, Continue to PhoneRaise.

6. Click Continue.

7. Click Test trigger.

8. Review the task record data, and then click Continue with selected record.

9. Configure any data translations or specific fields required of your specific integration template, and then click Continue.

10. Click Test step.

11. Review the data that appears from the test, and then click Publish. Your Zapier integration connection to PhoneRaise is ready!
