PhoneRaise offers a variety of donor details and customizable fields to provide the most versatile donor management experience. Formatting your donor spreadsheet before incorporating it into PhoneRaise ensures a smooth and simple import.
Using your favorite spreadsheet editor (Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.), format your donor spreadsheet with the provided header columns.

Default Primary Donor
The primary donor information is the main contact for a specific contributor. Each donor entry must include an ID, first and last name (primary), address, email, and phone number.
Use the following default Primary Donor header columns:

Default Secondary Donor
The secondary contact information fields are used as a backup contact. For example, this individual could be a business partner or spouse.

The user and status fields are optional but can be used to help you monitor current donations, contributions, and assigned volunteers (users).
