You can cancel your PhoneRaise app subscription directly from your account at any time.
To cancel your PhoneRaise subscription
- Log into your PhoneRaise account.
- Click on the ORGANIZATION SETTINGS tab.
3. Click Subscription & Billing.
4. Click the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION button.
5. Enter your email address associated with your PhoneRaise account, and then click Continue.
6. A two-factor authentication email was sent to your mailbox. Enter the passcode provided in the email, and then click Continue.
7. Click Cancel subscription.
8. Any unused time on your current subscription appears. Click Continue to cancel.
9. Click the Reason for cancelling drop-down menu and select a reason for the cancellation.
10. Click Continue to cancel.
11. Click Confirm cancellation.
